I am new here. How can I sign up to begin studying English?
You may need to click on the log in / sign up link at the upper left corner of the website. We would ask for some of your information to successfully sign up. You may be eligible for the 2 free trials for you to experience how good we are in terms of teaching techniques. Then we let you decide if you would like to enroll and continue learning.
How can I pay for the service?
We accept all major Credit Cards including Master, Visa, Amex and Discover. We also accept bank transfers (refer to your bank for more information). Please note, we will never ask for a Credit Card or any payment info during your free trial.
I have the "Single Regular" plan. But I was very busy for a week. Will I still get the 7 lessons that I haven't booked yet?
YES, you will. The lessons that you haven't taken will be stacked up. Ex; if you were not able to have lessons for one week, you can have 2 lessons for the next week. Or; if you were not able to book a lesson for one day, you may have 2 lessons for your next lesson schedule.
I have a "1 Month" plan, and it's now expired, but I haven't taken "all" lessons for the whole month (I only got 25 lessons), will I still get to take the remaining 5 lessons?
If your plan is already expired, you may no longer be able to take the remaining lessons you have. That is why we highly suggest for our students to take double, or even triple (3x) lessons to make up with the remaining lessons. In case this happens and you want to continue, you may need to renew or get another plan to continue the service.
Where are the private tutors coming from?
Good question! Our teachers are all coming from the Philippines. All of them are STRICTLY REQUIRED to pass an exam and be CERTIFIED as an official SPEAK INTERNATIONAL teachers.
How can I be sure that I am going to get high quality ESL education?
We consider our company as a private ESL tutoring company. We strictly hire (very few) teachers and are required to pass an exam and be certified. After having them certified, they undergo a special training designed for teaching our students with effective techniques. WE DON'T GO BY MASS. WE GO BY QUALITY. Besides, you also have 2 free trials after you register. You can see for yourself how excellent our team is. :)
I have a 3-month plan. Am I going to pay the whole amount in one go?
Yes you can. But you can also pay by fractions (Pay per month). We suggest to pay for the whole plan because you get to have more discounts. Surprise, surprise!
